Ginny's photography interest started in high school when she was awarded "Photo Student of the Year". She was granted the opportunity to participate in the Kodak Cooperative Education program. She continued her studies at Monroe Community College where she majored in Visual Communications. Then traveled the United States taking photographs of numerous Colleges and Universities, before returning home to the Rochester area. She has worked at RIT since 1997, as Photographic Coordinator, Assistant Art Manager and currently as the Resource Coordinator. Her work has been featured in several publications including: "Machine Design", "Design News", "Varden Studios Bride's", "Chase-Pitkin Calendar" and countless business and college brochures. She has photographed events throughout the Rochester, Philadelphia and Boston areas as well as in her home studio. Her work is primarily digital and she has taught several workshops on digital photography, lighting techniques and Photoshop at U of R and RIT.
